O&P¹ custom fabricates its prosthetic devices using industry leading components unless otherwise specified. We stock Otto Bock endoskeletal components. Components requested but not stocked by O&P¹ are ordered at the client's request and billed at vendor retail plus 15 percent and applicable shipping charges. Special order (non-stock) components cannot be returned.

O&P¹ warrants all orthoses and prostheses for workmanship for a period of 90 days after shipping. Components supplied by O&P¹ are limited to each manufacturer's warranty.
